IMPORTANT: Before any material is sent due to return, guarantee or non-conformity, it must be notified in advance to Inadisa. Document through photos, by phone or mail and specify what was the damage or non-conformities presented, to give authorization to send the material already described. This recommendation will be executed from the date.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Encapsulated, Open and CWA Ballasts:Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).

  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).

  • The luminaire and/or the product do not present water penetration.
  • Does not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism

Photocontrols:Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.).
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).
  • The product is not shorted on load. (This happens when a component of the luminaire is shorted, wrong connections, which affect the functionality of the product).
  • The product has not suffered atmospheric discharges.
  • The luminaire and/or the product do not present water penetration.

Starters, Switches, Capacitors and PSP Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).
  • The product has not suffered atmospheric discharges.
  • Do not present wrong connections. (The component is not installed according to the diagram printed on the case envelope and/or data sheet).
  • The luminaire and/or the product do not present water penetration.
  • Do not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism.

Drivers: Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).

HID electronic ballasts: Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).
  • Do not show evidence of overtemperature (Installation in luminaires where the temperature exceeds the maximum allowed described in the product).
  • The product has not suffered atmospheric discharges.
  • Do not present wrong connections. (The component is not installed according to the diagram printed on the case envelope and/or data sheet).
  • The product has no faults due to poor insulation in the bulb output. (This is when it is evident that one of the two connection cables to the bulb has been grounded to ground or to one of the power lines. The ballast has short-circuit protection at the output of the bulb, but if any of these connection cables bulb output is NOT properly isolated from ground or power lines, the ballast fails.It is very important to ensure good insulation of the output wires that power the bulb.)
  • Do not present damage if any component of the luminaire affects the integrity and therefore the useful life of the product.
  • The luminaire and/or the product do not present water penetration. (The ballast has an IP44.)
  • Do not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism.

DPS: Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply).
  • The luminaire and/or the product do not present water penetration.
  • Do not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism.

BASES OF PHOTOCONTROLS: Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product is not damaged due to a short circuit, (This happens when a component of the luminaire presents a short circuit, wrong connections, which affect the functionality of the product).
  • The product does not present water penetration.
  • Do not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism.

OFF-GRID SYSTEMS(Inverters, batteries, controllers, boxes, panels, hardware): Warranty will be covered in case of:

  • The product is within the warranty period. (2 years from the date of manufacture printed on the product).
  • The product does not present mechanical abuse (physical damage to the casing or its absence, connection pins, clamping base, electronic components, etc.)
  • The product does not present water penetration
  • The product has not been subjected to overvoltage for long periods of time. (Faults or fluctuations in the electrical supply)
  • When the failure is not caused by normal wear of the parts due to use
  • The product has not suffered atmospheric discharges
  • Does not present damage due to force majeure, such as: fire, floods, acts of violence or vandalism
Solar panels 10-year warranty for any manufacturing defect, but not for misuse of the same
Controller 2 years warranty for any manufacturing defect, but not for misuse of the same
Batteries AGM: 6 months warranty for any manufacturing defect, but not for their misuse. LITHIUM: 18-month warranty for any manufacturing defect, but not for their misuse
Other SFV electrical accessories 2 years warranty for any manufacturing defect, but not for misuse of the same

Within the guarantee policy, Inadisa does not assume the costs of assembly and disassembly of lights or electrical equipment, nor the costs generated in transportation, for products that are outside the guarantee period, in good condition and/or present mechanical abuse.
